just need to vent a bit :(
Awwww I really feel for you. I have a Marina IUD and it was really painful when the Dr put it in place. Take it easy for a few days and maybe eat dry biscuits and ginger beer. Supposed to be good for nausea. See if you can get a shake down or maybe some soup. Hope you feel loads better soon lovely.

Awwwww, Katie!!! I had a Paraguard IUD put in (super painful) and then removed because it was shifting and no longer in the right place. The removal was even worse than putting it in for me. And like you I cried and cried and didn't even know why i was crying. My ob had me stay lying down for awhile too.
As far as eating something, why don't you try slider foods. Like some greek yogurt or SF pudding, or soup or something easy to go down like that. Or you could always try a protein shake?
Hope you start to get feeling happier soon
