I was told I could only walk. I even asked if I could get on my riding mower (my land is a litte bumpy, not smooth grass like people in the city have lol), but was told that I'd need to wait awhile because that might cause me some pain.
I bought a Zumba video and game before surgery and I'm wanting to try that but if I can't even get on a riding mower I guess that's out too!
