Top 5 Non-Scale Victories
these are all really great, i look forward to these things more than the numbers. i have already found some things pre surgery! i had fun last night looking in the goal section and being able to mark several as achieved.
i think for me i look forward to never googling a restaurant or venue again to see if there chairs have arms so i don't get embarrassed with family or friends or praying that i can stuff myself into a booth or that someone has a long enough seatbelt!

My most recent one was my BUTT "fitting" into the chair at Cracker Barrel yesterday. Was the first timei can remember being able to sit comfortable there. Hint" anyone can order a childs plate there and they have awesome "cups" of soup.
Going through closet and throwing out the big stuff or passing off to someone else.
Going through closet and finding stuff that fits or is a lil loose that i had quit wearing cause it had gotten to small.
Sex is better already.
All this at 3.5 weeks out.

Not in any particular order:
1. Being able to cross my legs (was doing that before I even realized it)
2. My family all says I walk completely differently, no waddle
3. Fitting into chairs, amusement park rides, booths
4. No double chin
5. Shopping anywhere
I have gotten rid of SO many clothes, I've had to get the little sizers for my rings because they were flying off but I didn't want to get them "officially resized" because I didn't know exactly what size my fingers would end up being, feeling more comfortable with myself although I still struggle with that a lot, not worrying about the weight limit on things, it's been fun when weighing myself on a scale like a dr's scale how it drops every 50 lbs like whole section (do you know what I mean?) and I've been able to move that whole bar over...like when I dropped below 250, below 200 and now below 150..weird. Obviously there have been a lot and if I sat here longer I could think of more. The one poster mentioned her man picking her up..my husband does that all the time and my kids can wrap their arms around me so easily now too. Have fun and enjoy!!!
