Slow and Steady....Check out Pics in Album
Slow and steady...Loving it I had been taking pictures of myself to capture my progress. I skipped Sept. It was a busy month and I totally forgot.
But I took a new one last week for Oct. Go to my photo album and check
out the change from Aug till now. I am shocked. You really don't see it yourself, but
when people start asking if you are working out you start to wonder.
I need to get me something to hold the fat and stop it from jiggling while I do
Zumba class.lol.... I'll shake to my right and then to the left and the right it
still shaking. LMBO.... I also need a really good sports bra or wrap
myself in an ace bandage before I know myself out or give my self a black eye.....
Spanx and the good will have become my best friend., I drop off the big clothes
and go shopping for the smaller clothes $3.00 for jeans, can't beat that.
I'm going to be turning them back in soon anyway.
My whole attitude has changed, more confidence. well I was before,
but no one really listened to the big girl. In my photos you can see me
in jeans and t-shirts and as I loose I start dressing how I feel.
I take time at night and put together outfits to wear to work. Put make up on and jewelry.
I get asked at work why I'm all dressed up and smelling good, and I told them my husband said he is tired of me looking like bum and if I didn't change he was leaving me. So I have to dress up. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

you GO Girlie!!! Mama Lookin GOOD!!! and i know what you mean about The Hubby reaping the rewards! LOLOL!!! my hubby is LOVING being able to wrap his arms all the way around me now! Good Job!!!

girl wears! I hear you about Goodwill.......got a bag full of gorgeous sweaters
for $28. After bagging up bags and bags of new clothes that I wore once, I
will only buy lingerie and pants new. Tops pretty much are all gently used
unless they're on a ridiculous clearance rack. Have fun dressing up and
waaaaay good job!
