It's Official (I think)!!!

So as some of you know, we submitted to insurance last Wednesday. I am scheduled for Monday the 17th, which was given to me tentatively.  I have been going along with everything. Getting my clearances and all preop work done.  Slowly started my liquids (didn't want to start and then get denied).  So today I get an email from the surgeon's office...they have posted the date on my calendar. They use this online system for appointments and stuff.  I did not get a call saying yay or nay so I am assuming that was a good sign.  I do not have a PST date yet though.  I am kind of waiting by the phone to see if they call.  I don't want to call since I was such a pest when trying to get the letter from the NUT.  I am not sure if I should just wait to hear from them or call them or the insurance company. Good luck to everyone else on their journey!!!!

I know I am being silly but I think I am afraid to call to actually hear what the verdict is....but i will see them later at the support group so i am sure they will tell me then.

Here is the update....I got APPROVED!!!! What do you know...not even a 3month diet and I got approved. I found out last night when I went to my support group meeting. I am super excited.
