A friend of mine had RNY a couple of years ago. Her husband told my husband to buy air freshner for the 6 hour trip home! I thought others may want to add air freshener to their packing list if traveling a long distance for surgery. Its worth a good laugh anyway.

I actually used lots of air freshner after my surgery because I was so sensitive to smells. Everything smelled so bad to me.

I am 9 days post op and even air freshners make me ill! Can't stand the smells!

wow...i am very sensitive too...everything smells musty to me...i've spent like $25 on scented wax since i've been home...
