Carbmaster yogurt - new flavor - white chocolate raspberry!

Carbmaster has done it again - this new flavor is fantastic! The stats are great also, only 60 calories and 8 grams of protein. All of the Carbmaster flavors are terrific, but they have a home run with this new one. I get mine in Kroger and I know they are also sold in some other stores, but am unsure which ones. Give this flavor a try!

WE have kroger here in my state, (Fred Meyer and QFC) I will have to keep an eye out for that.. that new flavor sounds good! YUM!

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

What is the sugar/protein/calories of that yogurt? Is it the same consistency as greek yogurt? We don't have a krogers around us but my friend might be able to get it for me.

That nutrition is great on this yogurt. It has 60 calories and 8 grams of protein and I believe less than 3 or 4 grams of sugar. Even a higher sugar count would be fine with me since it's from the dairy and the protein count is great. It has the consistency of regular yogurt, not the thickness of Greek yogurt. Give it a try!

For those of us who do not have a Krogers, greek yogurt with 1/2 packet raspberry (or strawberry) crystal light and 2 teaspoons of white chocolate SF pudding mix is also great. It's also possible to add about a scoop of vanilla protein to goose the stats a bit.
