Sinus/Ear infection antibiotic issues

I have a nasty sinus and ear infection. I was put on antibotics yesterday and though my ears and sinus feel better I feel awful. Tried to eat last night and got sick. I've stocked up on greek yogurt, popsicles, and am going back to my isopure protein drinks just to make sure I get my nutrition in. Any other suggestions?
