Easiest on your tummy? One of your samples mixed with water.
Best tasting? Either one of your samples mixed with milk or the Carnation Instant Breakfast, depending on which samples you got.
I would make sure you to the Carnation that is no sugar added before you drink it, the regular is too high in sugar for many people.
And best for your protein needs? One of the samples. The no sugar added Carnation is only 13 grams of protein, I think, if you mix it with one cup of milk. Something pretty low like that. One of the samples mixed with one cup of milk should be more like 30 grams of protein.
Whichever you decide to try, I would just drink a little at first and see how your tummy feels.
