Surgery is tomorrow!

 Well I never thought the day would come so fast it's tomorrow oh my god. I'm so happy and a bit nervous did anyone feel that way? I had a question about shaving over all did any of your suergons tell you guys to not shave 24 hours prior to suergery? Also how long did most of you guys stay in the hospital?

I have surgery tomorrow too! Isn't it exciting?

My doctor said nothing about shaving altho I have read that you want to be careful because you could end up with microscopic nicks that could breed infection. I plan on doing my normal grooming today and nothing tomorrow morning--I mean other than showing, lol. I'm planning on a 3 day hospital stay.

 Yes it is so exciting lol. My doctor didn't menton anything about it either but I guess I'll just call his office today to double check. Are you on the clear liquid diet? Today is my first day on. Well good luck to both of us beautifil ladies.

I'm on a one week liquid diet and it is difficult! But it'll all be worth it!

This time tomorrow we'll be on the other side of all this!

BTW, my surgery with Dr. Fontana was 2/28 and I feel terrific...  Best wishes on your surgery and may you have a speedy recovery...

I am sure it is natural to feel nervous heck people post about backing out at the last minute here all the time LOL. But they do have the surgery!
I have read before not to shave 24 hrs prior to surgery for the risk of infection but if your Dr didn't say anything I would call if you want to be sure.
My surgeon said 2 days is how long I would stay unless complications. I have 4 kids at home I am asking for my 2 days and a week added on just for some extra sleep hours HAHA!
