I am 6 weeks out and have a question
What are the stats on your s/f cocoa? How long are you trying to stay full for? These may seem like silly things to think of, but in the end, a liquid is going to go thru you like.... um..... liquid. A meal is to stay in your pouch and satiate you. Liquids aren't really gonna do that. So, no, IMO it's not a meal.
