How many calories?  Carbs?  Fat?  There's more to it than just being sugar free.  You need to look at all the factors and see if it fits into your plan.

I eat SF Fudgsicles occasionally as a treat.  They're only 40 calories each.

I make little bits of protein goodness...I make SF pudding adding protein powder that compliments it, about 2 scoops per 1 box of SF pudding. I just made pistachio this week used vanilla protein powder and then put it in ice cube trays, I freeze them and then dump the cubes in zip-lock bags. You can keep multiple flavors on hand, you can add greek yogurt and cheescake SF pudding and protein powder, add fruit bits or SF preserves...they really are quite good. I also added Orange Crystal light to the vanilla, tasted just like a dreamsicle.. I am going to try adding a little mint extract to the chocolate ones because I bet that would be refreshing, and rootbeer extract to the vanilla. I have even given some thought to a SF choc chip cookie dough or something like that. It's a lot of fun, and takes less than 10 min to make.

My nutritionist told me that even if something is low sugar or sugar free, it still can cause dumping if it's got any sugar alcohol with over 10g of sugar alcohol per serving. Sugar alcohols end with -itol so it can be sorbitol, malitol, etc. and still cause problems even if it's considered low sugar. I looked at different low sugar or sugar free ice creams myself and concluded they're not safe for me because they're still too high in carbs and sugar alcohol. It depends on what your nutritionist says I guess.

Ditto what Laura S said.  I got some SF Edy's ice cream and can only eat a tablespoon before getting a very vocal abdomen.  I so like the No Sugar Added fudgesicles too and seem to tolerate them just fine.

I got an ice cream maker and started making protein ice cream.  Check out Eggface's recipes or create your own.  I have them like protein shakes in the hot weather.  They may not taste exactly like real ice cream but close enough for me to satisfy any cravings I might have.
