Pre-op
I have Pre-op on Tuesday and was told to expect it to be an all day process. I will be in the Dr. office for 4 hrs and then I will have to go to the hospital for several hours.
I know that I will be in a class at the Dr office with several different people talking and teaching how, what , when, and why but I'm not sure why I will be at the Hospital for so many hours. Anyone have a clue to why?
Thank you in advance

More than likely pre-op bloodwork, filling out hospital forms, and possibly an ultrasound - my surgeons office requires a gall bladder ultrasound as part of the pre-op testing.
If you aren't sure what all they at going to do, I would suggest calling your surgeons office. That should always be your go to with any questions, as only they know their own requirements and procedures.
Good luck!
