After spending over a week with my baby boy, trying to arrange speech therapy, etc I went for a run today. 4.5 miles steady pace, in 50 minutes. Wow! The break made me stronger! :)
Girl, it blew my mind too!!! I've never done that! I just wonder if taking a week from weights and running helped. Maybe I was overtraining. I am just desperately trying to hold onto some muscle tone!!!
