3 month surgi-versary (pics)

3 months. 45 pounds. And a whole new life.

I have absolutley NO regrets!

Today to celebrate I ran 3 miles in 36 minutes. That's 12 minute mile average. 3 months ago I could barely do a 20 minute mile.

I couldn't be happier!

September 2011, 230 lbs

Today, 185 lbs.
