So this is one of my before shots (yes, I'm an aspiring pianist....currently taking lessons to keep the gray matter fresh insert something in here about old dog, new tricks!). This was pretty dang close to my all time high of about 315.

This was yesterday at my piano recital. Down about 128 lbs. No more "pity that poor piano bench" self-thoughts. Life is good, and I'm becoming a better musician too!

Okay, enough grand-piano standing...Just wanted to share how much life can really improve!
