ANyone notice the scale moving up right after beginning to exercise? I think I recall that the muscles initially hold onto fluid for repair? Any comments? I have been exercising almost daily for the past two weeks and my scale is up 5 pounds. Eeeek!

Hope your day is great!

When I'm doing everything on-spot and the scale doesn't budge or goes up, I joke that to drop 5 pounds I need to lay off the gym for a week.

Now..OTOH, that doesn't work when I make consistent poor food choices.

Be happy.
