I am stuck at about 201/202.  I can't remember the last time I was under 200!  It is like my body is afraid to go there!  It is so close yet so far away.

My body did that too! Just keep doing your program, and you will get there! Try to stay off the scales for 3-5 days, and hopefully you'll be there by then! Great job on your progress so far!

Just stay off the scale for a bit - your body's gotta go thru what it's gotta go thru, but you'll get there and in the great scheme of things, this will seem like a blip in time!

I started at 450. I am below 200. You will get there. Keep away from carbs and follow your surgeons plan.

You can do this!!!

Met my first goal, met my second goal, met my surgeons goal. Now I have a new goal!

Your are only 4 months out from surgery...it will come off.  You didn't gain it all in 4 months, why should it come off in 4 months?  It took me seven months to get below 200 from a sugery weight of 259.  Be a litte more patient and forgiving of yourself or you will get discouraged and possibly start back to bad eating habits.
