My First 5K!!!

I participated in my first 5K ever. To think that just 5 months ago, I NEVER would've even THOUGHT about walking anywhere!!!!

I made good time at 1 hour 1 minute and 58 seconds! My family was even at the finish line to cheer me on. It was a great feeling (aside from the 85 degree heat!!!)

I am looking forward to doing more in the future as well as continue my weight loss journey and exercise routine!!!

Awesome!!! I know that feeling too. I ran my first race in January. I was jumping up and down when I got to the finish line. It's such a great accomplishment!
