This is my after picture first...taken last Friday, May 18. My before picture was taken last July I was 253.  I had my surgery August 18th, so I am nine months out and almost to goal!!!  I really want to go to 150 and I probably will, but my Dr is good with 160-170 for me....here I am 165

 Thank you all!  This has been an amazing time in my life. To all thinking of doing it...DO IT!!!  For those who just did it....hang in there it gets WAY BETTER!!!!!!
