Sorry I'm no help.
But it may be you lost some of the initial fluid they pump you up with for surgery.

I guess you are the only one who can answer if you are doing something "wrong" no milk shakes ...right??? LOL
I went up and down with the same weight for 4 weeks , just 3 weeks out. I don't recall loosing for several days the second week.
If you are doing what your doc says you HAVE to loose weight , hang in there!!!

Assuming you're following your Doctor and/or Nut's plan, it's normal :). 15lbs is A LOT to lose in 1 week so your body is probably trying to figure out what the heck is going on. Plus things like water retention, etc. affect your weight too.

I'm sure over the next few months, you'll have weeks where you don't lose anything and then the next, you lose a bunch. I had the same question/experience as you, but I think it was in week 3 :).

If it makes you feel any better, I am 3 weeks out today. I lost 22 lbs the first week home. The last 2 weeks I have lost NONE!!  I am getting 90% of my protein and fluids in so all I can think of is our bodies are in shock! I have faith that we will keep losing!
