Surgery June 7!!!

Its almost time!!!!! I start liquid diet tomorrow. Has anyone had to do a day of full liquids? My list says no fruit jello but what kinds are ok to have??? All I see are fruit flavored jellos!

i start preop diet tomorrow, my surgery is in 13 days. i just got scheduled today. its one day short of two weeks but that is ok. It probably means no jello with fruit in it.

I think they mean no chunks of fruit in the jello, I'm on clear liquids today surgery tomorrow.

 Wow so exciting for all of you!  I am still waiting for my surgery date!  I go for some follow up appts tomorrow....so hopefully I can find out how much longer!!!  

Full liquids is any jello except those with chunks of fruit inside.

Have yall heard that you cant wear nail polish and if you do they will remove it???? A friend that had the surgery told me that and I was thinking how I would hate to lose my fresh $25 pedicure!

they check your heart beat through your nails (fingers) and sometimes the readings will not go through the nail polish so they remove it. when i had a sleep study I had on gel nails but since it was a clear gel it worked just fine. they dont use your toes unless your fingers wont read well. ive seen people go through this with their gel nails still on.

My surgery is the 7th too! I have no idea what time though... they're supposed to call tomorrow.
