Hi folks...

Does anybody use Traumeel ( a cream analgesic that is touted as a homeopathic alternative to Voltaren).

Is it OK for us to use?

I think it should be safe... but - like with any natural remedy - (I use a lot of natural stuff) - be your own judge - if it does not feel right for you  stop using it - if you see side effects - stop using it - if makes you feel "funny" - stop using it. And more isn't better. Use as little as you need.

What Traumeel Contains

Traumeel contains a mixture of the following: Arnica, Calendula, Hamamelis, Millefolium, Belladonna, Aconitum, Mercurius solubilis, Hahnemanni, Hepar sulfuris, Chamomilla, Symphytum, Bellis perennis, Echinacea angustifolia, Echinacea purpurea, Hypericum.

Some of the ingredients may cause more sensitivity to sun - overall - not only in local applications.

It is homeopathic - so follow the rules of homeopathic remedies.
