Bored with food

Where on earth can I find some recipes that I can make for the whole family (family of 6) that are low carb, high protein, and inexpensive?? I'm really bored with food. I find that I feed my family a separate meal and if there's nothing for me to eat, then I just don't eat. Still putting them before me! I NEED HELP!

I have 5 cookbooks with a lot of good recipes in them. I like WLS for Dummies best, but they are all good in ways. There is also a web site that has all kinds of good things to eat on it. I do not remember the URL but I am sure someone here will list it for you.

Thank you! I've really been struggling. I'm only about 6 weeks out from surgery and I know I'm still learning, but I figured it'd all be easy by now.

Theworldaccordingtoeggface.com, and Bariatricfoodie.com are great WLS friendly sites for recipes also you can google as well. Be expirmental keep up your recipes just change it up a little rather than pasta try zuccinni, or different types of squash. cauliflower rather than rice or potatoes

I'm only 12 weeks out and I'm finding that I eat only about 20 different food items, give or take a few. Sometimes I cook separately for my husband, especially weeks like this when he has to work late.

I don't really care all that much if I have a lot of variety in my foods these days.  I think RNY made my appetite a little boring!  And, if my husband wants more variety, he's welcome to make something for himself or go out for a meal, even though he generally doesn't.
