Stupid protein shake questions

Ok... so I'm just wondering. Do you make your shakes with water or milk? I'm talking about just regular ones... Chocolate/Vanilla.

Milk. I don't like the way they taste made with water. Sometimes I use soy milk, though. Other times raw cow's milk.

I use the Calorie Countdown milk. It comes in with regular or chocolate

My doc's plan doesn't allow milk for quite a while so water it is for me.

Water and crystal light. Hate how they taste with milk, and I'm lactose intolerant and I dump on milk, and it tastes awful
