I ate a ear of sweet corn today along with some cottage cheese and a tomato slice is sweet corn OK to eat?  I'm out about 10 weeks now and there is still a lot I can not eat, but the corn today worked now I'm wondering if this is OK or not.

Corn is hard to digest.  It is also more of a carb than a veggie.  I would have avoided it, but since it didn't bother you I think you are OK.

I was to avoid corn for the first little bit - don't remember exactly how long. Not too late to keep it out of your diet for now.... high carb and high fiber

You already ate it and it went down ok. Its not advised because of the high sugar content. Just don't make a habit of it (I was also told to wait a year) and you should do fine.

I don't like many vegetables, so I eat corn maybe once a week and have since about 6 months.  I think that's when my plan said I could first have it.  I know its higher in suger, carb, starch than other veggies, but I feel there is room in my plan for it.  I eat very few carbs and sugar.  It's not the best choice, but here and there is fine.
