Addiction - I just switched from food to alcohol?!

Hiya,

You might want to begin a relationship with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. They can help you build new coping strategies that depend neither on food nor alcohol. I have found it extremely helpful in dealing with my emotional eating, and I know mny CBTs also specialize in addiction counselling.
