Hi everyone!
I have been following the forum for quite some time. I was reluctant to post. See, 6 years ago I went through everything to get my surgery and was awaiting my surgery date when our insurance went into a new fiscal year...and they no longer covered it! I was devastated!
Now I have remarried and my husband put me on his insurance and I decided to try again. Success!!! I love reading the blogs and look forward to contributing now that it is finally going to happen. I am so ready for my new beginning!

My date is 8-20 as well. I started the liquid diet and have such a headache today. Hope y'all do wonderfully!! Good luck and Blessings to ya

HI there! Mine is set for Aug 22nd so Im right behind you!. I had a similar insurance issue few years ago where I went through everything then lost my insurance before having the surgery. Im so excited to finally be able to do this but very nervous as well. I look forward to hearing how your surgery went and keeping in touch on here. :)
