My First Appointment

Monday, the appointment coordinator at my surgeon's office called me and my first appointment is scheduled for Sept. 6th. They called pretty quickly. I attended the seminar on Saturday and they called me on Monday to get me an appointment. I will see the nurse practitioner and the dietitian. I'm not sure what all happens at the first appointment, but I'm excited to be moving along regardless

Good luck! My seminar was 8 Aug and I couldn't get in to see the surgeon until 30 Aug! But have been busy getting ready (NUT appts, support group and such) so that the wait time between 1st and second appointment will be minimized!
Sounds like we will sort of be on the same timeline!

How awesome!  I don't get to see my surgeon besides the seminar until I have been checked off on everything else.  Glad you were able to get an appointment.  :)

Congrats...The first appointment they go over everything with you and help you choose the procedure best for you....the next process will be to get all the information the surgeon asks for..she/he will give you this list on your appointment date
