I am officially OBESE!

I am so excited to share that I have gone from super morbidly obese (BMI - 55) to plain obese! I am so excited.  I hope if you are reading this and planning surgery you do it! and if you've hit a stall and need some encouragement, stick with it! We can all do this together!!!!!

 i got a chuckle out of your post title - only those classified as SMO (like myself) would know what a wonderful feeling to be just plain ole obese.  Congratulations on your success!!  

Thank you so much. I am so excited. I'm at lunch at work and when I put in my weight and it moved to the 30's I started dancing at my desk.

 Congrats!!! I remember the AWESOME feeling when there was no longer a 'morbidly' adjective in front of obese .... then when I got to 'overweight' I did cartwheels on the beach .... and now that I am 'normal' I don't want to be anywhere else...

 I feel you.  I started out with a BMI of around 52 and now I'm just under 45.  I can't wait to get under 40.  Keep up the good work!

I can relate! I started at just shy of SMO (49.8) and was overjoyed when I entered my weight a couple of days ago and it put me at 34.9 - just obese. I proudly told my close friends!
