Are you available as an email support person. I am new to all of this, I will post my diet ticker in a few minutes just looking for someone who has had the Roux-en-Y, I am scheduled for surgery 10/10/12. I cant wait but my surgeon is very strik and I am on liquid protein for the next 3 wks( 1 wk down), shinking the liver and all that. Very nervous, I dont want to fail this step and have to start over any suggestions?

I try to check email daily.
You will do fine, you know the reasons you have to do the liquids! You are almost half way through it! Think of the reasons you want this, focus on other things that do not involve food!!
