I went from super obese to just obese...woohoo   I turned 41 yesterday and this has been the best gift I could have given myself...a second chance at life with this tool. It is amazing. And next Wednesday I start TRX training for beginners.

Awesome! Since a few people have been posting this I thought I would check mine, I too and no longer Morbidly Obese, now I am just Obese...can't wait to be normal. Starting BMI at highest weight was 53.52 today my BMI is 39.22, so I am making progress too!!

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!

There's a search link at the top of the site. I just searched BMI Calculator. Then you put in your height and weight and it will calculate your BMI. There is a chart below showing the BMI categories.
