I tried to take the crushed vits but i could not handle the taste i almost imme started throwing them back up

What are you mixing the vitamins in? I used pudding (chocolate or vanilla) and also applesauce when i crushed my vitamins

i put mine in the greek yogart i was eating it was horrible. i will try pudding next.

I assume you're crushing them because you don't want to swallow pills?

What about chewable vitamins? Or ENS from Celebrate, which is a drink mix you mix with water. It's a multi plus 500 mg calcium.
