I used to buy these pre-op. If you keep an eye out for coupons and sales, you can get them for around $1 or $1.50 for a box of 6. I am waiting for my plan to allow nuts and then I'll be switching to these.

My Local Supermarket in Miami Just got these new...

IMO these are "protein" bars in name only.  The calorie to protein ratio is too off, I like it to be at least 10:1 and the fat and sugar is out of my comfort zone as well.  But, if it's something you like and can handle then it's all good for you!  It doesn't matter how awesome something is for you - if you don't like it you won't eat it.

 These taste so good but the fat content makes me sick. 

I love them. Iam not sure if you have a Big Lots in your area but I got 18 for $5 and 24 for $7!

I have bought these too.  They are good, but I tired of them real fast as they seem hard on my stomach and I just don't feel like they have enough other stuff that my body needs.  I have found greek yogurt mixed with sugar free jam is amazing!  And 20grams of protein!
