Home late yesterday after 3 weeks of vacation.
Got on the scale this morning and I'm down 7 pounds!
That brings the total to an even 60 POUNDS.
I had surgery July 2nd.
On the flight home, I didn't have to ask for a "seat belt extender". What a joy in itself.
