Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies

Has anyone else come across this book?  Is it any good? I am pre-op still, but trying to get as much information and be as prepared as possible.

I have both the wls for dummies books, still on liquids but it looks pretty good.

I have the book and use it almost daily.  The recipes are soooooooo good and really easy to make.  It's great because it breaks down the nutritional information for you.  I've never really cooked before (ate fast food all the time in my "former" life), but found every thing to be simple.  My hubby has LOVED everything I've made from it.

Thanks for the info I had been thinking of buying the book but didn't want to spend the money if it was no good.  Will keeyou updatedwith the foods that I make and how I like them.

Saw this book when I was searching for books on my Nook.  I didn't get it because I wasn't sure if it would be helpful.  Thanks for asking and getting all the feedback!  Will plan to get it now.

It has some really good recipes that I used before RNY. I had to wait until I was around 7 weeks post-op to use it again but it is a good recipe book.
