I consider the crust bread. I avoid it because it's not a good choice for me.

Pizza is bread unless you get the ultra thin crust. If you can't handle bread don't eat it. Probably shouldn't eat it I do indulge in it about once a month. It was much my favorite food but it doesn't takes good anymore anyway.

We always just scrape the toppings off into our disposable measuring cups and eat our allotted amount that way.  My hubby had his surgery before mine, so I started doing this even before my surgery.  I honestly don't miss the crust a bit.  Make sure to avoid the fatty meat toppings.  We usually get various cheeses & chicken with spinach or onions and of course eat the sauce as well (I'll add other veges as my plan progresses).  Make sure it's real saucy because sometimes chicken on pizza can get really dry.

I just make my own with a low carb tortilla pizza, add the pizza sauce and your own toppings along with some cheese in the oven it goes.  Im not ready for bread yet at  4 half months.  But I would consider it bread in my opinion plus it a extra filler we dont need this early out

i make pizza chips..i take all the pizza toppings that we like and chop them up pretty well, then add what ever cheeses i have on hand, chaddar, mozz..parm, etc sometimes mexican shredded....then i add in some oreagno, italian seasoning, garlic powder...mix this all up, then spray some parchment paper and just place globs of mixture on it and melt it..we like it a little cruncnchy around the edges..dip in pizza sauce...

hubby asks for this now...

good luck

I had a slice at six months out..but have decided it's just not a choice I want to make however, it went down without an issue. A few weeks ago I made pizza at home using a flatout bread..it was really tasty..

Yes, pizza crust is bread. You may or may not have trouble with it getting stuck. It takes up valuable pouch space, though. I always take just one normal bite and then eat only the toppings with a knife and fork.
