second hand smoke

I got my order for my nicotine test yesterday. My question is can second hand smoke cause nicotine to show up in my urine? i have 2 smokers in my house but i myself have not smoked since July 30,2012. thanks

Make them take their disgusting habit outside.  Then I would lock the door and not let them back in, but I guess that's just me.

Congrats on kicking the habit!! I would ask your doctor if it will cause the results to show that you are positive for nicotine. Good luck!!

I remember my doctor saying that that happened once. They got a positive on someone from second hand smoke. just be up front if it comes back positive. Hopefully this won't delay you!

I had the same problem,   Just be honest,   There should be no nicotine but will show another chemical that I can not remember.  as long as it is under the level you should be fine.

I had to do a physical for the hospital I work for and they test you for nicotine, my husband smokes around me and I tested negitive for it so i'm sure you wont have any problem
