losing inches and not pounds

Have you ever woke up and felt and looked smaller but the scale didn't move?  I didn't take any measurements before starting and now I'm regretting it.

I always found when my weight loss slowed down I was losing inches.  It's not too late to do it know, you won't have the before but it really does help when you don't see the scale move.

It's never too late! You'll still lose a lot of inches. Start now!

I started consistently measuring after the first month. It definitely helps! I didn't lose as much weight this month, but lost inches like crazy.

My weight loss has slowed down, but I am losing inches.  Every time i get a couple pair of pants from the Goodwill, before you know it, i have to go back for smaller sizes.

Frustrating but totally normal...just keep doing what you are doing and it will move real soon. I had a 1 1/2 week period about that same time that the scale didn't move. Now it's movin' on down again :)
