Finally hit a stall!

I just hit five months out on New Year's Eve and hit my first stall.  Actually, I had 10 days off and gained three pounds.  I'm happy to say I've dropped two of them but I really don't like this stall business!!!  LOL  Honestly, I'm very happy with the progress I've made over the last year.  I'm healthier than ever (except for my iron) and feel MUCH better.

Any recommendations to getting through it faster?  I think I've seen increase protein and water?

Any and all advice appreciated.

I experienced the same thing before the holidays but I was a slacker with how I was eating and getting enough water. The moment I start drinking lots of water again, the lbs almost fall right off. I am sure that will help you too. Congrats on your success so far and good luck with the rest of your journey.
