surgery cost

can anyone give me suggestions of where my brother can go to a reputable surgeon for RnY,  I had it 3 years ago and it was the best thing for me, but my brother has been on the waiting list in Canada forever and now he is willing to pay but as little as possible, please help

A lot of people opt to go to Mexico for their surgeries.  There are tons of surgeons there that have plans that run between 11,000 and 5,000.  I used Dr. Alejandro Lopez in Puerto Vallarta and couldn't be happier.  Check out the Mexican forums for more info!
