sick stomach

Well 1 year out Dec. I have had lot of different meats and been ok....some things I stay away from. I had a small piece of polish sausage tonight.
Couldn't fini****got pains and feel sick. Should i make myself throw up or stick it out???
Suggestions....comments???

I wouldn't have it again, but I think that u should let it stay down.

I did keep it down...won't have it any more!...wow!
That is what I said...that definitely didn't agree with my stomach..no more.
I don't get sick easily any way..just was thinking. Felt like I was gonna get sick though.
