mini trampoline?
I have one and love it. I haven't used it post-op yet, but I did use it pre-op, and I think it helped me lose my 43 pounds. I got it at WalMart for about $30 - I keep it in the living room and use it while watching TV. I can't do much more than 5 minutes at a time because it is so intense, but I love it.

I have one and there are all sorts of great workouts on YouTube. Just after I got mine, my left hip went bad and had to be replaced. They put in a no glue/no screw implant and the rod that goes into my femur never attached. So, I have been dealing with a loose rod in my hip and it hurts. Surgery was scheduled for 10/24 but was canceled the day of surgery when my ortho doc and his partner decided it was too dangerous to be done in a smaller hospital. As soon as I have my RnY done and healed a bit, I will be having it revised in the larger hospital.
The mini tramp (look under rebounder on YT) is a really good form of exercise. By simply bouncing, you will increase the lymph flow in your body, which will, in turn, get everything moving better.
Good luck to all of you! (I just love the fairy and the magic wand!)
