I am currently using fitday.com and have for three years.  I want a change.  I am finding the site slow and a pain in the neck to use.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

I use to use fitday for years, and now I am faithful to myfitnesspal.  They have a website and a smart phone app, the two sync together, and there are so many foods in the library it is ridiculous.  Love love love it.

I have been using Sparkpeople for 4 years and really like it. You can save recipes, groups of foods that you usually eat together, and favorite foods. You can also track whatever individual nutrients or vitamins you want to watch.

It also has a function for tracking daily exercise and water intake.

Finally, it can be used to generate reports on your weight, food intake, and exercise over time.

Hi, does Myfitnesspal show you your protein intake too? Because I need that!

I use myfItnesspal.com. It was recommended by the weight management clinic I go to.

Take it one day at a time!   LP

I have used Spark People, LiveStrong and now MyFitnessPal.  They all have their pros and cons.  I like MFP but really wish I could change how I input things  I weigh in ounces and so am allways trying to figure if I am at 1/2 a serving or what.  I typically will see what the grams per serving are and work it from there.

I use myfitnesspal too - compared to other tracking tools I've used, they have way more foods in their database.  If you decide to use MFP now too, add me - I could use the virtual support!  My username on there is spazzylisa.

I use myfitnesspal.com as well.  The only challenge I found us that I eat a lot of frozen meals when I travel and the only way to track completely is to "weigh" or "measure" and calculate yourself.  Since my program does not have me counting calories yet, I just add the "dinner" (I only eat the protein and only buy the high protein low calorie meals). Other than that snaffu I love it.  Feel free to add me  my user name is Lizzie1060
