I'm a genius!
Ok, not really, lol, but I had an experiment work out really well. I'm sure I'm not the 1st, but here's what I did. Doing my best to increase my protein. The new Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt is my absolute favorite! At 80 calories per container, 0 fat, 7g sugar, & 12g protein it really packs a punch. I added 1 scoop of Syntrax Nectar flavor Fuzzy Navel to the vanilla yogurt. The Nectar has 100 calories, 0 fat, 0 sugar, & 23g protein. It makes the whole thing 180 cal, 0 fat, 7 sugar, 35g protein. I can only eat 1/2 the container, but that's still 90 cals, 3.5 sugar, & 17.5 protein! I'm pretty happy with my breakfast choice/experiment. :D

I use plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and then add fruit or a crystal-lite type packet to get some variety. Vanilla protein powder + lime flavor packet is almost like key lime pie!
