Another vitamin question

I ordered Bariatric Advantage complete multi formula with 1000 iu vitamin d, complete b complex, essential trace minerals chewable orange flavor. 180 per bottle. It says the serving size is 2 - take 2 tablets daily. Does this mean I have to take 4 a day to meet our needs of double the RDA. I read the percentages on the back and it states above 200% for most ingredients. This is confusing and I thought I had the right thing. Take 1 am and 1 pm. Help Kelly.....

Two a day.  You  need 200% of the RDA of most things and you get that in two a day.

So 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening is what I take. Whew that is good. Thanks for the prompt response. I cannot tolerate that celebrate ENS drink so I switched myself to the Chewables and the package came this morning. I also got celebrate calcium plus 500 chews with other good stuff. I take one b12 sublingual at night and one chewable iron at night. Hope I am all set.

May I ask what flavor of ENS you were drinking.  I like the cirtrus vitamin drink, reminds me of tang from my childhood :)

Vanilla cake batter.  My only options were that or chocolate.  It is just too sick key sweet for me to tolerate.  Talk about wasted money.

You can take four if you want.  But two a day meets the ASMBS guidelines.  One serving, which is two tablets, has 200% of the RDA of most things.  That is what the ASMBS says we need.  So you are taking 400% of things.  That probably won't hurt you, but you won't need that much of most things, either, so you're just spending twice as much as you need to on your vitamins.

So Kelly says one thing and you say another.  Well a dilemma here.  I can call bariatric advantage for a tie breaker I guess.  :)

Kelly is right.  It is already formulated for bariatric patients.  You take one in the morning and one at night.  It says right on the packaging that the dosage is 200% of what we need daily.
