Another vitamin question
Two a day. You need 200% of the RDA of most things and you get that in two a day.

You can take four if you want. But two a day meets the ASMBS guidelines. One serving, which is two tablets, has 200% of the RDA of most things. That is what the ASMBS says we need. So you are taking 400% of things. That probably won't hurt you, but you won't need that much of most things, either, so you're just spending twice as much as you need to on your vitamins.
