A little computer advice....

I know that this is probably a really stupid question, but how do we put the ticker thing on the bottom of our posts?  Is it a signature thing?  It's a little embarrasing to be so computer illiterate...but I'm a nurse darn it, and computers bewilder me!  Thanks in advance!

Karen, I had to ask as well.  Look at the top of the page and find Health Tracker.  Click on that.  Then look at the top of that page and you will find Tickers and Widgets and click on that.  It takes you right through the steps, I hope, LOL.
