Has anybody tried these?? I was at my local grocery store and saw these at the end if an aisle on its own rack. You just add water or milk, shake and go. It has 31 grams of whey protein isolate, 125 calories, 0 grams of fats and carbs. I bought the vanilla and birthday cake flavor.

I like several of the About Time flavors. And they are whey isolate protein which is suppose to be the best kind.

I love About Time.  That is the only protein powder I use.  I will generally use less liquid then is called for (usually 6oz instead of 8oz)  Their flavor seems a little mild but of course we are all different.  You can also order samples from their web site.
