Snack: Greek yogurt with fruit
Supper: Homemade Greek chicken meatballs with tzatziki sauce and frech tomato, a couple pita chips
Snack: Greek yogurt with fruit
Today is 9 months post-op for me. Still want to lose at least 20 lbs but its been SO slow the last few - only 2-3 lbs per month. Need to make some changes and get the scale moving a bit faster!!
Amy
I did something horrible to my pouch and intestines last night and had pain plus dumping for hours. Since I lived through it w/out going to the ER and seem to be tolerating my morning coffee all right, I'm treating La Pouchette tenderly today.
11:30 -- Coffee with half & half
1:15 -- Caramel Premier
3:30 -- Boiled egg + Greek yogurt with blueberries if swimming made me ravenous
5:30 -- Chocolate Butter Rum protein shake
7:30 -- Chicken thigh
10:15 -- Cooked vegetable and cocoa or chamomile tea
Thank you! It was entirely my fault. The thing about experimenting is, sometimes the experiment fails.
As always Egg tortilla with mushrooms, scallions and a smear of sausage on 2 % cheese and sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese.
Snack: SF jello with yogurt & Cream cheese, and SF chocolate pudding.
Lunch: small tuna salad on celery and pumpernickel
snack: orange
dinner baked Salmon Cakes made with egg, shallots, celery, dash of hot sauce, and a couple TBS. bread crumbs. broccoli w/lemon.
snack: whole grain artisan bread sliced as thin as possible, toasted with peanut butter.
This looks like a lot of bread but it isn't full servings and normally not for lunch or dinner.
