What is the best way to cook these? I have had them marinating for a while, and need to know a good oven temp / cook time. Suggestions?

I know the slow cooker is good, but I need to make them tonight.

Thanks all!

I love to grill it. Medium temp for about 30 min or so.

I cook them in the oven at 350°, cover pan with foil...keep a little water in pan so it stays moist and cook it for like an hour at least. The water keeps them really moist and with the marinade, they will be delish...i cooked steak like that last night and it just fell apart...thats the only way i will eat steak....

Pork tenderloin is very lean. I suggest searing the outside then put in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minand check.... If not you can decide to cook then in a sauce or liquid for a long period of time till you can pull apart with a fork.... Anything in between those two with usually result in dry hard on the pouch meat

I'd suggest crock pot to keep it moist. My NUT doesn't allow pork or beef till 75% of excess weight is lost. Best of luck to you on your journey.
